Kimberly Boatner, LCSW, CADC
Education and needs-based planning for schools, employers, HR teams, and community organizations in Kane County and the Fox Valley.
A useful mental health presentation begins with the audience and the questions they face. A school staff meeting, an HR planning conversation, and a community program may each need a different scope. Kimberly Boatner, LCSW, CADC, welcomes inquiries about presentations, consultation, and plans shaped around an organization’s needs.
Her experience spans clinical care and private and public education settings. Community collaboration has been part of her professional work for years, connecting mental health care with the systems that support children, adolescents, adults, and families.
